Where do deleted photos go?

They may be moved to “Recently Deleted” in Apple Photos, where they can be restored or permanently deleted.

Are photos uploaded to a server?

No. Pomu performs photo and video analysis on your device and does not upload your media to Pomu Studio servers.

Can Pomu organize iCloud Photos?

Pomu works with items available through Apple Photos. If iCloud Photos is enabled, deletions and album changes may sync across devices using the same Apple Account.

How do I restore my purchase?

Choose “Restore Purchase” from the purchase or settings screen while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Because payments are processed by Apple, refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s purchase support process.
