개인정보 처리방침

포무 스튜디오(Pomu Studio, 이하 “개발자”)는 Pomu 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. Pomu는 iOS 사진·영상 정리 앱이며 핵심 분석과 정리 작업은 이용자의 기기에서 수행됩니다.
1. 개발자가 수집하는 정보
개발자는 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 계정 정보, 정밀 위치, 광고 식별자, 사진 또는 영상을 개발자 서버로 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 기기 안에서만 처리되고 외부로 전송되지 않는 정보는 개발자가 수집하는 정보에 해당하지 않습니다.
2. 사진 보관함 접근
Pomu는 이용자가 허용한 범위에서 Apple 사진 보관함에 접근하여 중복·유사 사진 후보 탐지, 스크린샷 및 큰 동영상 정리, 사용자가 선택한 항목의 삭제 요청, 날짜와 시간 범위에 따른 앨범 생성을 수행합니다. 사진과 영상은 개발자 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
3. 기기 내 저장 정보
Pomu는 스캔 결과 캐시, 검사 완료 시점, 정리 이력, 구매 접근 상태, 앱 설정 및 사용자 지정 앨범 이름을 기기 내부에 저장할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 앱 기능 제공을 위해서만 사용됩니다.
4. 인앱 구매
인앱 구매 및 구매 복원은 Apple의 App Store 시스템으로 처리됩니다. 개발자는 결제 카드 번호나 금융 계좌 정보를 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 추적
개발자는 사진, 영상 또는 개인정보를 광고회사, 분석업체, 데이터 중개업체 등 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. Pomu에는 광고 SDK 또는 사용자 추적 기능이 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
6. 삭제 및 iCloud 동기화
Pomu에서 삭제한 항목은 Apple 사진 앱의 “최근 삭제된 항목”으로 이동할 수 있습니다. iCloud 사진이 활성화된 경우 Apple 사진 보관함의 변경 사항이 동일한 Apple 계정의 다른 기기와 동기화될 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
Pomu는 아동의 개인정보 수집을 목적으로 하지 않으며 개발자는 앱을 통해 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 이용자의 선택권
이용자는 iOS 설정에서 사진 접근 권한을 변경하거나 철회할 수 있으며, 앱 삭제를 통해 앱 내부의 설정과 캐시를 제거할 수 있습니다.
9. 처리방침 변경
앱 기능 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 본 처리방침도 수정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy

Pomu Studio (“we,” “us,” or “the developer”) respects your privacy. Pomu is an iOS photo and video cleanup app, and its core analysis and cleanup operations are performed on your device.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect or transmit your name, email address, phone number, account information, precise location, advertising identifier, photos, or videos to developer-operated servers. Information processed only on your device and not transmitted off-device is not collected by us.
2. Photo Library Access
With your permission, Pomu accesses your Apple Photos library to detect duplicate or similar photo candidates, review screenshots and large videos, request deletion of items you select, and create albums using a date and time range. Your photos and videos are not uploaded to servers operated by Pomu Studio.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
Pomu may store scan caches, scan timestamps, cleanup history, purchase-access status, app settings, and custom album names locally on your device. This information is used only to provide app functionality.
4. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases and purchase restoration are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not directly collect or store payment-card or bank-account details.
5. Third Parties and Tracking
We do not sell or share photos, videos, or personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties. Pomu does not include advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.
6. Deletion and iCloud Sync
Items deleted through Pomu may be moved to “Recently Deleted” in Apple Photos. If iCloud Photos is enabled, changes to your Apple Photos library may sync to other devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
7. Children’s Privacy
Pomu is not designed to collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app.
8. Your Choices
You may change or revoke photo-library access in iOS Settings and delete the app to remove locally stored settings and cache data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the app, our practices, or applicable laws change. We will update the effective date for material changes.

Pomu Studioは利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。PomuはiOS向けの写真・動画整理アプリで、主要な解析と整理処理は端末内で行われます。
1. 収集する情報
氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、アカウント情報、位置情報、広告識別子、写真または動画を開発者サーバーへ収集・送信しません。
2. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス
利用者の許可を得て、重複・類似写真の候補検出、スクリーンショットや大容量動画の整理、選択項目の削除、期間指定によるアルバム作成を行います。写真と動画は外部サーバーへアップロードされません。
3. 端末内に保存される情報
スキャン結果、履歴、購入アクセス状態、アプリ設定、アルバム名などを端末内に保存する場合があります。
4. アプリ内購入
購入と購入の復元はAppleのApp Storeを通じて処理されます。カード番号や銀行口座情報を直接収集・保存しません。
5. 第三者提供と追跡
写真、動画、個人情報を広告会社、分析事業者、データブローカーなどへ販売または提供しません。広告SDKや追跡機能は含まれていません。
6. 削除とiCloud同期
削除項目はApple写真の「最近削除した項目」に移動する場合があります。iCloud写真を使用している場合、変更内容が他の端末に同期されることがあります。
7. お子様のプライバシー
お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
8. 利用者の選択
iOS設定で写真へのアクセス権限を変更・取り消すことができます。
9. ポリシーの変更
アプリ機能または法令の変更に応じて更新する場合があります。

Pomu Studio 重视您的隐私。Pomu 是一款 iOS 照片和视频整理应用，主要分析与整理过程均在您的设备上完成。
1. 我们收集的信息
我们不会将您的姓名、电子邮件、电话号码、账户信息、精确位置、广告标识符、照片或视频收集或传输至开发者服务器。
2. 照片图库访问
在获得您的授权后，Pomu 会检测重复或相似照片、整理截图和大视频、删除您选择的项目，并按日期和时间创建相册。照片和视频不会上传至 Pomu Studio 的外部服务器。
3. 设备本地存储
Pomu 可能会在设备本地保存扫描缓存、整理记录、购买权限状态、应用设置和自定义相册名称。
4. 应用内购买
购买和恢复购买由 Apple App Store 处理。我们不会直接收集或保存银行卡号或银行账户信息。
5. 第三方共享和追踪
我们不会向广告商、分析服务商、数据经纪商或其他第三方出售或提供照片、视频或个人信息。Pomu 不包含广告 SDK 或跨应用追踪。
6. 删除与 iCloud 同步
删除的项目可能会被移至 Apple 照片的“最近删除”。启用 iCloud 照片后，图库变更可能会同步至其他设备。
7. 儿童隐私
我们不会故意收集儿童个人信息。
8. 您的选择
